Usually, it takes a bit for changes like that to take effect.
And where the issue occurs, for me, it's usually when I only open up Visual Editor. Normally I use source but from time to time I open up visual to see how easy or difficult it is for people who use it. I do this with classical mode as well.
So on the top image, you can see what this issue causes out of edit mode, the text starts lower than it should which looks bad, this is highlighted by the red box in the first image on the top. On the second image, we can see how this issue translates in the visual editor. This makes text impossible to edit in visual mode which our visitors who aren't experts had problems with a while back. This is not an issue for me personally cause I do use source mode in many cases.
Seems like it's more a problem with Fandom and their visual editor itself. Though I also think part of the reason is because there's just not enough text? Perhaps a bigger wall of text might change this? Though the formatting through source code fixes this again?
