Shop and Win is a reward scheme that was introduced in August 2011. It gives the player reward items based on how much YoCash they spend, and also how many YoCoins they spend.
Sometimes rewards are just items from store, but from time to time, exclusive items are given as rewards. These items can be quite expensive after the Shop and Win expires.
